The controversial movie "Kerala Story" was banned by Tamil Nadu and West Bengal. Singapore banned the controversial Indian film, The Kashmir Files, for its “provocative and one-sided portrayal” of Muslims. Similarly, The Malayalam film titled 'T P 51', which portrays the life of Revolutionary Marxist Party leader(RMP) TP Chandrashekharan , who was stabbed to death with 51 stab wounds in his body, was on an undeclared ban.
